Bun vit


Rice noodles in duck broth

Ingredient:

For the broth:
- fresh young duck
- bamboo shoot tips
- onion (grill the whole onion in direct contact of a flame such as that of a gas burner, the onion will develop a different flavor)
- ginger
- clovers, cinnamon, star anise, coriander seeds, pepper.
- salt

- coriander leaves, scallion: add its on the top of the bowl


Dipping sauce for the duck meat or you can add it directly on the bowl:
- lime
- ginger
- garlic
- sugar
- fish sauce
